Cheese selection
Alpine cheese creations from the family manufacturer EGGEMOA, a farm with 15 cows situated at 1.300 m (4.265 feet) in the secluded South Tyrolean Ahrntal. Brushed by hand, refined with local herbs, and made entirely from raw milk.
