  The historic winery situated in Niclara offers a refined interpretation of Pinot Grigio with its 2023 Merus. Sourced from the alluvial plains along the Adige River, the grapes are gently vinified and matured in concrete vats, preserving purity and nuance. The nose opens with subtle yet inviting notes of ripe pear and white blossoms. On the palate, the wine strikes a deft balance between varietal freshness and depth, showing a polished texture and clear definition. It finishes long, graceful, and finely poised.
