Welcome to Bistro Castel Turmhof! Our wine list offers a rich selection of our wines available by the glass or bottle. Complement your choice with a selection of hearty South Tyrolean snacks showcasing regional specialties, such as Speck (smoked ham), air-dried sausages, and cheeses or indulge in our tasty toast dishes and Cantabrian anchovy fillets. Our insider tip - be sure to try Frau Hilde's traditional liver pate, a must-have.

Our bistro, located next to the castle garden, invites you to relax and indulge. In good weather, the courtyard in the manor and the spacious outdoor area with natural shade offer ample space while in bad weather, you can retreat to our cozy Zirmstube or the historic Wolkenstein-cellar.
