Where tradition and innovation meet

Less is more. This is also our motto for the work in the cellar. Working with great sensitivity, we and our winemaker Stephan Rohregger, who joined our team in 2007, manage to unfold the specific characteristics of the individual varieties to the highest possible degree.

“We do not interfere. We underscore the characteristics the grapes receive from Mother Nature.”
Stephan Rohregger

A wine is like a clock. Perfect interaction between the various components and stages is needed to create harmony. The foundation is laid over the months in the vineyard, and in the cellar we facilitate the development of the wine without falsifying the character of the varieties and sites – honest, and without frills or exaggeration.

Tradition and innovation are natural allies. We make our wines in three styles, in keeping with our wine lines: from classic vinification in stainless steel tanks or large wooden barrels to storage and aging in small oak casks/barriques and in the bottle.
