Description: This Pinot Noir is ruby-red in color with a garnet-red glow and a subtle bouquet of blackberries, raspberries and cherries. It has a youthful strength and pedigree, is soft and full-bodied while being balanced and elegant on the palate.

Location of the vineyards: Hillside vineyards in Corona near Cortaccia (800 – 850 m a.s.l. | 2,624 – 2,788 feet), in Pinzano/Mazzon (450 – 550 m a.s.l. | 1,476 – 1,804 feet) and in Aica di Fiè (750 – 980 m a.s.l. | 2,460 – 3,215 feet)

Food pairing: Rabbit, lamb, game, game birds, hard cheese

Suggested serving temperature: 16 – 18° C | 60.8 – 64.4 °F

Aging potential: 5 – 7 years
