South Tyrol DOC
Description: This Pinot Gris is pale yellow to sandy in color, with a floral bouquet of herbs and ripe fruits such as pear, peach and melon. Aging in large wooden casks result in a round body and an elegant, creamy finish.
Location of the vineyards: South-, southeast-facing vineyards in the plain of Magrè; hillside vineyards in Cortaccia (210 – 350 m s.l.m. | 688 – 1,148 feet)
Food pairing: All sorts of appetizers, fish dishes, South Tyrolean specialities
Suggested serving temperature: 10 – 12 °C | 50.0 – 53.6 °F
