THE "CLASSIC" TIEFENBRUNNER LINE
Traditionally-produced wines from Castel Turmhof The grapes, depending on the variety, come from primarily southeast-facing slopes, extending from the Kurtatsch valley floor through Entiklar and Penon to Graun at an altitude of up to 900 meters above sea level.
While the white wines are traditionally matured in steel tanks, the red wines are aged either in large wooden casks or small oak barrels after malolactic fermentation. The wines of this classic line are distinguished by their varietal character. They are straightforward, elegant wines with fine aromas and pleasant fruitiness.
