Description: Brilliant yellow with green reflections, this wine shows an impressively broad and distinctive bouquet of nettles, elderberries, green peppers, sage and mint. A mineraly, elegant wine, it is nicely salty on the tongue with a juicy finish.
Serving suggestion: An especially good accompaniment to asparagus, it pairs quite well with seafood, poultry, pork or veal dishes.

Vineyard location: Vineyards in Kurtatsch (400 – 700 m) and Völser Aicha
Soil: Chalk gravel moraine soil in Kurtatsch and sandy loamy in Völser Aicha.
Growing system: Guyot; - 7,500 vines / hectare
Yield: 65 hl / hectare
Age of vines: Up to 25 years
Vinification: Skin contact (maceration) 4 – 6 hours; Fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 20 – 21°C; 5 months on the fine lees in the tank.
Barrels: Stainless steal
Alcohol content: 13.5% by vol.
Total acidity: 6.7 g / litre
Residual sugars: 3.4 g / litre
