KIRCHLEITEN SAUVIGNON 2007 Südtirol/Alto Adige - DOC   Description: Brilliant yellow with green reflections, this wine shows an impressively broad and distinctive bouquet of nettles, elderberries, green peppers, sage and mint. A mineraly, elegant wine, it is nicely salty on the tongue with a juicy finish.   Serving suggestion: An especially good accompaniment to asparagus, it pairs quite well with seafood, poultry, pork or veal dishes.
