Description: Pale green to light yellow in colour, this wine is satisfying to the nose as well as in the mouth. Fruity and aromatic, with notes of wild herbs and fresh grass, as well as nutmeg, it is full-bodied well-structured, juicy and balanced in its finish. Serving suggestion: This white wine makes a good companion to all sorts of appetizers, as well as asparagus dishes, seafood, poultry, pork or veal.
Varieties: 100% Müller Thurgau Vineyard location: Kurtatsch (Cortaccia) and Salurn (Salorno) Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil (550 - 900 meters above sea level) Growing system: pergola; 3.500 vines / hectare Yield: 70 - 80 hl / hectare Age of vines: till 30 years Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 20 - 21° C; till the bottling 4 months on the fine lees in the tank aged Receptacles: stainless steel Alcohol content: 12.5% by vol. Total acidity: 5.7 g / litre Residual sugars: 3.3 g / litre
