Wine description:
Deep garnet red in color, this cuvee exhibits discreet aromas of cherry and cassis. In flavor, it is silky-smooth with well-integrated tannins. This is a very complex wine, persistent in the throat with a juicy and salty finish.
Serving suggestion:
Excellent with braised or grilled beef, lamb or game, as well as cheeses.

Receptacles: stainless steel and barriques (french), 50% new Alcohol content: 14.0% by vol. Total acidity: 5.2 g / litre Residual sugars: 2.8 g / litre
