Wine description:
A deep garnet-red color, this typical South Tyrolean wine exhibits gentle aromas of wild berries. Fine grained, ripe tannins accompany its good acidity level, and give the wine elegance and persistence. A fine round finish.
Serving suggestion:
Excellent with braised or grilled beef, lamb or game, as well as cheeses.

Receptacles: stainless steel and barriques (french) 40% new Alcohol content: 13.5% by vol. Total acidity: 5.2 g / litre Residual sugars: 2.8 g / litre
