Description: A brilliant light yellow wine with intense, fruity muscatel aromas. It is spicy and full on the palate with well-proportioned structure. An uncomplicated, easy drinking wine that is the perfect companion for cheerful get-togethers.
Serving suggestion: Wonderful when served as an appetizer, or with sweets such as South Tyrolean krapfen.
Grape varieties: 100% Goldmuskateller (moscato giallo)
Vineyard location: Kurtatsch (Cortaccia).
Soil: Chalk gravel moraine soil.
Growing system: Pergola; 3,500 vines / hectare
Yield: 60 hl / hectare
Age of vines: Up to 20 years
Vinification: After intense maceration, the must is pressed from the skins and undergoes low-temperature fermentation; till the bottling 4 months on the fine lees in the tank aged.
Barrels: Stainless steal
Alcohol content: 12.5% by vol.
Total acidity: 6.6 g / litre
Residual sugars: 4.2 g / litre
