Wine description:
Bright yellow to gold in hue, with a broad spectrum of aromas, including rose petals, honey and nutmeg. A fabulous wine which is just as rewarding to drink today as it will be after many years in the cellar.

This wine pairs exceptionally well with all sorts of seafood.

Vineyard location: vineyards in Kurtatsch
Soil composition: chalk gravel moraine and loamy alluvial moraine soil
Growing system: guyot and pergola; 7,500 – 3,500 vines / hectare
Yield: 55 hl / hectare
Age of wines: till 30 years
Vinification: skin contact (maceration) 6 – 8 hours; fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 20 – 21°C.; 6 months on the fine lees in the tank.
