Description:
Bright yellow to gold in hue, this wine has a distinctive bouquet of ripe grapes and candied fruits complemented by fine notes of honey, sage, rose petals and exotic spices. A full bodied and harmonious white with a long finish.
Serving suggestion:
An outstandig accompaniment to seafood, risotto or asiatic cuisine.

Vineyard location: south-south east-facing vineyards in the areas of Kurtatsch and Entiklar (260 - 480 meters above sea level)
Soil: loamy moraine soil with high chalk content
Growing system: pergola and guyot; 3.500 - 7.000 vines / hectare
Yield: 70 - 75 hl / hectare
Age of vines: till 35 years
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 20 - 21° C; till the bottling 4 months on the fine lees in the tank aged
Receptacles: stainless steel
Alcohol content: 13.5% by vol.
Total acidity: 5.0 g / litre
Residual sugars: 3.6 g / litre
