Description: a brilliant light yellow wine with intense, fruity muscatel aromas. It is spicy and full on the palate with well-proportioned structure and nice acidity.

Food pairing: a wonderful aperitif; goes well also with spicy appetizers and Asian cuisine.

Grape varieties: 100% Yellow Muscat

Vineyard location: southeast–southwest-facing hillside vineyards in Entiklar (310 - 400 m a.s.l.)

Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil

Growing system: guyot and pergola; 7,000 - 3,500 vines / hectare

Yield: 55 - 65 hl / hectare

Vinification: after 6 – 8 hours of maceration of the grapes, fermentation at a constant temperature of 20 °C in stainless steel tanks; maturation on fine lees for 6 months

Barrels: stainless steel tank

Serving suggestion: 10 – 12 °C

Ageing potential: 4 - 5 years
