Description: this dessert wine is a light ruby red in colour with garnet reflexes, distinguished by a powerful bouquet, reminiscent of roses, cloves and cinnamon. Elegant, velvety and full-bodied, it has a strong, sweet, lingering finish.

Vineyard location: south-soutwest facing sites in Trentino
Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil
Growing system: guyot; 6,000 - 7,000 vines / hectare
Yield: 50 hl / hectare
Age of vines: up to 25 years
Vinification: fermented at a constant temperature of 20 °C in stain-less steel tanks; maturation on the fine lees for 4 months until bottling
Barrels: stainless steel tank
Serving suggestions: 12 - 14 °C
