Estate wines with character

Only wines from varietal grapes grown on selected slopes, which undergo a very strict selection, are represented in the CASTEL TURMHOF Selection.

The white wines are fermented at controlled temperature, in stainless steel tanks, while the reds all undergo fermentation in large wooden casks. The red wines of the CASTEL TURMHOF Selection acquire their characteristic softness and depth through subsequent aging in small oak barrels.
